Confirm your rights
Know where references, logos, characters, and source images came from. A generated output does not automatically clear copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
Protect real people
Get appropriate consent for identity-based work, avoid deceptive impersonation, and apply extra care to minors and sensitive contexts. Do not present a synthetic person as a real witness or customer.
Check facts and bias
Generated diagrams, locations, uniforms, historical scenes, and cultural details may be inaccurate. Review claims with reliable sources and look for stereotypes introduced by the model.
Disclose when it matters
Use clear disclosure when an AI image could mislead an audience about a material fact, real event, endorsement, or product result. Trust grows when the production method is not hidden.
